Viktor’s extensive experience and passion for our mission make him a valuable asset to our organization. In this blog post we had the chance to talk with Viktor to learn about his role as CFO, and to hear his vision for the future of All Heart Homecare.
Q: Congratulations on your recent promotion to CFO!
What inspired you to join All Heart Homecare as CFO?
Viktor: As the CFO of All Heart Homecare, I was inspired to join our organization because I share its mission and values, particularly the commitment to advocating for patients’ needs and making compassion a central focus in healthcare. I am proud to be part of a community that has built its foundation on these principles.
Q: Can you tell us what your role as CFO entails?
Viktor: My role as CFO at All Heart Homecare involves several key responsibilities. Firstly, I am responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization. This includes managing budgets, financial planning, and overseeing financial operations to ensure the company remains financially viable.
Additionally, I am committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. This entails working closely with the rest of the leadership team to make strategic decisions prioritizing patient care. I also focus on ensuring that our dedicated team continues to feel supported, as they are instrumental in delivering the care our patients deserve.
Q: How do you think All Heart will change over the next 12 months?
Viktor: Over the next 12 months, I plan to streamline our operations based on the excellent work our team has already done over the years. The goal is to prepare our agency for future expansions, which will help improve access to care for a larger patient population while expanding the range and quality of services we have to offer.
Q: How do you motivate yourself during challenging times?
Viktor: During challenging times, I motivate myself by maintaining a long-term perspective. I remind myself of the bigger picture and keep my goals in mind as a guiding beacon. I see challenges as opportunities for growth and development, and I embrace them rather than avoid them. This mindset helps me navigate difficult situations until my goals are achieved.
Q: What’s one thing people would not expect the CFO of All Heart to do?
Viktor: One unexpected aspect of me as the CFO is my love for travel. I enjoy exploring new places with my family and friends whenever such opportunities present themselves.
